My room had high-quality toiletries from Le labo. The location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel offered a panoramic view of the entire city. That was Excellent. The room was also well-kept and very clean.
Dining

The breakfast buffet included an excellent selection of foods. guests should anticipate potential wait times for a table, sometimes reaching around 25 minutes during peak hours. It was very crowded
Service

a decent stay

friendly staffexcellent brunchpublic lobbytrashed restrooms
the staff was friendly and helpful. everyone i met spoke both english and french. the sunday brunch was excellent and reservations are needed. the hotel is a historic and architectural wonder.
i found the lobby overwhelming. it is open to the public, and many tourists not staying at the hotel were there.. busloads of people came into the lobby to cool off. the restrooms serving the restaurant and bar were also open to the public. they were pretty much trashed every time i went in because of the volume of people using them that are not guests at the hotel. the experience was disappointing.
